Thank you for shopping with us. Please review the information below before placing your order so you understand our processing and shipping timelines.

Order Types & Processing

We offer two types of products:

Pre-Made Items
Pre-made items are in stock and ready to ship. These orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made to order and require 3–4 weeks for production before they are shipped.

Stock Availability

Many of our products are offered as both pre-made and pre-order items:

  • If an item is available in pre-made stock, it will ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Once pre-made inventory sells out, any remaining orders for that item will automatically be fulfilled as pre-orders and will follow the 3–4 week production timeline.

If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Important Information

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
