Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to both pre-made and pre-order items.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made specifically for each customer. For this reason:

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement for the affected item. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
