Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement for the affected item. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
